It is well documented now that we need both cardiovascular and weight bearing exercise to remain vital and robust. Kettlebells are an excellent tool for both. The exercises and drills always engage multiple joints, their corresponding muscles, and all the small stabilizer muscles as well. This mimics real-life movement in a much better way than most other forms of resistance exercise.
Kettlebells are also extremely efficient. They take up very little room for storage and you only need the amount of space necessary to swing a cat. And once you learn technique, 10 – 15 minutes 3 times a week can make an enormous difference in your fitness and percentage of body fat.
