Kettlebells
Kettlebells are simply an extraordinary tool for rehabilitation and conditioning. As long as you’re moving without pain in most ranges of motion, I can teach you kettlebell exercises in a very short time.

Personal Coaching – The 9s Model – Life Long Athleticism
The 9s model puts the athlete – you – in the center of the system. In other words, you don’t fit the progam, the program fits you. Strength, Skill, Sustenance (Nutrition), Suppleness, Stamina, Structure, Spirit, Style, Speed. Which do you need on a given day? Getting out of pain may be the starting point.
You may need heavy lifting one day and gentle joint mobility or visual system exercises another day. If you are committed to making a transformation, and willing to spend the time, we’ll cover all the bases. There may be instantaneous breakthroughs, and they are really exciting, but you didn’t arrive where you’re at today in a few weeks.
